The space
800 square feet one bedroom unit with a combo kitchen, eating area and living room. All the furniture is updated and the king bed has a high end topper mattress. No dishwasher. Gas stove and fridge both stainless steel. Microwave, coffee machine, toaster, hot plate and kitchen utensils. Bedding and kitchen/bathroom towels. living room TV with cable and internet. Large bathroom with roomy glass shower. Enclosed front porch. Lots of hot water. Screened front and rear windows for cool breeze. Good air conditioner in bedroom and living room. In room safe. Two-seater private balcony. TV and cable also in bedroom. Rear door for easy access to the store.
